Terms of Use
These terms cover the DeckTerm iPhone app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.
The app license
DeckTerm is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement; where the two differ, Apple's agreement applies to the app.
No warranty
DeckTerm is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as far as the law allows. The developer is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the app or this website, including lost data or interrupted sessions, to the extent the law allows.
Your servers
You are responsible for the servers you connect to and for what you do on them. Only connect to systems you own or are authorized to access, and follow the rules that apply to them.
Tips
Tips are voluntary. They unlock nothing and do not change how the app works. Payments are handled by Apple, and refunds follow Apple's policies.
Open-source parts
DeckTerm includes open-source software, which is provided under its own licenses. See the licenses page for the full list and texts.
Trademarks
DeckTerm and its icon belong to Mert Cobanov. Apple, iPhone and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Other names are the property of their owners and are used here only to describe compatibility.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
